Michael Jackson passed away June 25, 2009 at the age of 50.  It has been reported that the media and fans swarmed the grounds of the hospital were he died.  Michael Jackson has been in the eye of the media for 40 years.  Both positive and negative stories kept a constant spotlight on the star who was as talented as he was controversial.
