Claim Surfaces Alleging Michael Jackson Paternity
(The Insider) A man who claims that he is Michael Jackson's biological son has filed a creditor's claim against the late King of Pop's estate. Click here to see the papers.

"The Insider" has obtained the court papers, in which Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson claims he is Jackson's son and was born on September 23, 1984 at Holy Cross Hospital in Mission Hills, CA.

The father listed on his birth certificate is Michael Joseph Jackson, with his birth state listed as Indiana.

The man, who is requesting DNA comparisons, also submits his photo as an exhibit -- claiming that he closely resembles the King of Pop.
